Executive coaching

Some problems sit in the organisation. Others sit with the person running it.

I coach senior leaders through growth, transition and bigger responsibility. Most of them are performing well but feel something slipping.

Where the coaching comes from

The coaching came out of the operating work rather than replacing it. After twenty years of running large teams, the problem was rarely a lack of capability.

It was capable people under pressure making narrower decisions than they were capable of, avoiding conversations they needed to have, or quietly carrying too much themselves. I have done all three.

How it works

  • Starting pointThe Confidence Assessment: how you operate under pressure, and where the strengths that got you here begin to work against you.
  • LengthSix to twelve months, with a clear end. Shorter when there is one decision or transition to get through.
  • Who it is forLeaders and leadership teams.
On its own

Start with the Confidence Assessment.

If you would like to start with the assessment on its own, book a free review call. The assessment comes with your booking confirmation, to complete before we meet.

“To have someone recognise the value and strength within me... I could be honest with you. You helped me change my reality. I can be me with you.”
